What does NexRetain do?
It calculates your Shopify store’s true net profit by combining sales with product costs, shipping, payment fees, ad spend and your own expenses, then explains changes with AI insights.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 100 orders a month. Paid plans start at $25/month ($20/month billed yearly) and include a 14-day free trial.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
Nothing stops working. Extra orders are billed at your plan’s per-order rate, and the monthly extra charge is capped.
Which ad platforms can I connect?
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Ads. Pinterest and Microsoft Ads are coming soon.
Where do product costs come from?
From the cost field in Shopify, or you set them in NexRetain, including per-country costs and bundle costs. You can recalculate past orders when costs change.
Does it slow down my store?
No. NexRetain reads data through Shopify’s official APIs and webhooks and adds nothing to your storefront theme.
Which Shopify plans are supported?
All of them.
How is billing handled?
Through your Shopify invoice, so there is no separate card to add. Cancel anytime by uninstalling or downgrading.
Is my data safe?
Store access tokens are encrypted, and NexRetain supports Shopify’s GDPR data requests. Only read access to your store data is requested.
Can I change how profit is calculated?
Yes. Calculation Preferences control taxes, gift cards, refunds, zero-value orders, return dates, chargebacks and payment statuses.
