About
Shopify profit, explained
NexRetain exists to answer one question for every Shopify merchant: is my store actually making money?
Why we built NexRetain
Most Shopify merchants can tell you their revenue to the dollar. Far fewer can tell you their profit. The numbers that decide it are scattered: product costs in one place, shipping in another, payment fees on a statement, ad spend across three dashboards, and apps, salaries and rent in the bank account.
Ad platforms report ROAS, which says nothing about whether an order made money after product, shipping and fees. Spreadsheets try to fill the gap, and break the moment costs change.
NexRetain brings every one of those costs into one calculation, updated as orders come in, and uses AI to explain what changed and what to do next. It’s built for merchants doing roughly 100 to 10,000 orders a month who run paid ads and want to know where their money goes.
What we care about
Honest numbers
Net profit means after every cost: products, shipping, fees, ads and your own expenses. Not revenue with a nicer name.
